Milwaukee Art Museum Glass Sculpture Wallpaper | Welcome to the Sculptureblog.site blog. I will give you an article about sculpture and statue free for you. However, beforehand I will give you a little information about sculpture.
The Glass Art refers to individual works of art, basically or entirely of glass. Its size varies from monumental works and installation pieces, walls and windows, works of art created in studios and factories, including crystal jewelry and tableware.
As a decorative and functional material, the glass was developed in Egypt and Assyria. Invented by the Phoenicians, it was presented by the Romans. In the Middle Ages, the builders of the great Norman and Gothic cathedrals of Europe took the glass art to new heights with the use of colored glass as an important architectural and decorative element. The Murano glass, in the Venetian lagoon (also known as Venetian glass) is the result of hundreds of years of refinement and invention. Murano is still considered the birthplace of modern glass art.

What do you think about the wallpaper above ?. Here I give again some pictures of very beautiful sculpture.
Some of the most famous glass sculptures are statues and monumental structures such as the statues of Livio Seguso, or Stanislav Libensky and Jaroslava Brychtová. Another example is the “subject” 1960 Rene Roubícek, a piece and blown hot worked of 52.2 cm (20.6 inches) that are shown in the exhibition “Design in an Age of Adversity” in the Museum Corning of Glass in 2005
Several of the most common techniques for the production of glass art include: blowing, casting, molding, falling, pate-de-verre, flame processing, hot-sculpting and cold working. Cold work includes traditional colored glass works and other forms of glass formation at room temperature. The glass can also be cut with a diamond saw or copper wheels incorporated with abrasives and polished to give faceted facets; the technique used in the creation of Waterford crystals
The ice sculptures are decorated decoratively in some kitchens and can be used to improve the presentation of food, especially cold foods such as seafood or sorbets. The history of the creation of the fish dish reminds us that the chef Auguste Escoffier used an ice swan to present the dish. At the party buffet and Sunday lunch, some excellent restaurants and hotels will use ice sculptures to decorate buffet tables. Cruise buffets are also famous for the use of ice sculptures.
